LOCATION

The house overlooks the Gulf of the Poets from the Caprione headland, above the village of Tellaro, 200m. from the centre. At the back of the property rises the Montemarcello-Magra Regional Park headland, which you can reach by means of an old path of Roman origin which passes close by to the house. On the left-hand side lies the coast and the open sea, whilst on the right-hand side the panorama of the Gulf of the Poets lies before you, enclosed on the west by the Portovenere headland and the islands of Palmaria and Tino.
The house is located on the edge between the village centre and the countryside in a particularly panoramic position; the proximity to the park guarantees absolute tranquility and a pleasant breeze even during the hottest months.
The large private parking space of the property is easily reached by car while a footpath leading through the small square of the village connects the house to the sea in just a few minutes.

DESCRIPTION

The house is made up of three independent apartments, each one with a terrace or private garden, laid out on three different levels offering tranquility, privacy and enchanting views.
